Pickup or Trailer Hire Orders
Make sure your vehicle is ready for the big day—long and strong enough to handle your new deck!

Smaller Postable Item Orders
Your order is sent via various couriers. Keep an eye out for a tracking number on the shipping confirmation email from the courier company. It's like a treasure map for your decking goodies!

Larger Item Orders

  • Delivery Day: Don't forget to email us your preferred delivery day. We'll weave it into our busy trucking schedule and let you know the magic date!
  • Delivery Details: Remember, all deliveries are to your verge unless you tell us otherwise. Our trucks are too heavy for driveways—they're more like elephants than butterflies!
  • Delivery Charges for Long Lengths:
    Products that exceed standard handling dimensions (e.g., long lengths over 6 meters or as otherwise specified) may incur additional delivery fees.
  • Additional Charges: Items of excessive length or weight may require specialist handling, transport, or packaging. In such cases, an additional delivery fee will apply. This fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of order or quote.
  • Delivery Limitations: Certain locations or access restrictions may limit delivery options for long-length products. Customers must inform us of any access limitations prior to delivery scheduling.
  • Acceptance of Charges: By proceeding with the order, the customer accepts any additional delivery costs associated with long or oversized items.
  • Clear the Way: Make sure your verge is clear of cars and other obstacles. We don't want any surprises for our truck drivers! If our truck needs to wait, it'll be like a VIP service... with a price tag. Any additional drop-off time will be charged at $108/hr or part thereof.
  • Carry-in Service: Need a hand with your order? Let us know in advance, and we can arrange for items to be carried in by hand. There's an additional charge for this service, so it's essential to organise this beforehand.
