Silver Top Ash is one of Australia’s native hardwoods with a striking appearance. A light coloured timber slightly darker than Blackbutt.

*Please note: as timber is a natural product standard industry practise is to order 5% more than you need to ensure you receive enough usable product. This does not include wastage for cutting to size etc. (15% on random length decking 5% for finger jointed)

Also, like all timber products, there may be variations in the straightness of the boards and this is not a defect. Not all boards will be perfectly straight and ture, and it is common for some to require straightening during installation. This is a standard occurrence in deck building.
